EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME
We see mental health and wellness as essential for businesses to help individuals function successfully in their work and all other aspects of their life. - COUNSELLING : KMR provides counselling for individuals, couples, group debriefing sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
- MENTAL HEALTH PROMOTION : We bring together various sectors to tackle social and mental health challenges. We use innovative strategies to address workplace mental health challenges and enhance the well-being of employees
CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT (CSI)
- ADVISORY : Conceptual and technical expertise on mainstreaming key economic and social considerations in all stages of the project/ progamme management cycle. We provide technical input and guidance into the development of ESD (economic and social development) standards and guidelines
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT : We develop and deliver social impact strategy and programs and manage relationships with beneficiaries of social investment programs.
- CSI RESEARCH REPORTING : In depth analysis on the cause of social problems, provide solutions and report on the performance of existing projects and programmes. We follow a systematic plan of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT : Develop & deliver effective stakeholder engagement plans liaising with community stakeholders and maintaining a good relationship with local/ rural communities. KMR also manages relationships with implementing partners & NGOs to ensure that socio-economic activities are monitored and evaluated effectively.
- CSI POLICY REVIEW : Develop and implement a socio-economic policy, review the existing socio-economic framework and prepare a plan for implementation.
